Environmental specialist volunteer
Collaborateur ou collaboratrice spécialisé·e en environnement
Under the direct supervision of the SUCO Country Representative, and in collaboration with the Environmental Thematic Lead at the Head Office, the Environmental Specialist volunteer will be tasked with supporting local partners through various capacity-building activities focused on developing practices and initiatives that promote environmental protection. The volunteer will contribute to strengthening SUCO's partners through a proximity approach, while participating in the Environmental Community of Practice and contributing to the country office's environmental initiatives.
Sous la supervision directe de la représentation pays de SUCO, et en collaboration avec la personne responsable thématique de l'environnement au siège social, le collaborateur ou la collaboratrice spécialisé·e en environnement aura le mandat d'appuyer les partenaires locaux avec différentes activités de renforcement en matière de développement de pratiques et d'initiatives favorisant la protection de l'environnement. La personne volontaire contribuera au renforcement des partenaires de SUCO à travers une approche de proximité, tout en participant à la communauté de pratique en environnement et en contribuant aux initiatives environnementales du bureau pays.
