Since 1947, the Co-operative Development Foundation of Canada has leveraged the co-operative model - a people-centered approach to building inclusive and sustainable economies - to advance gender equality, economic empowerment, and environmental resilience for more than 50,000 people across Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, and Malawi.

As a volunteer, you’ll help strengthen local co-operatives that continue serving their members long after the project ends - while gaining leadership experience, cultural understanding, and professional growth.
